Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was super quiet and so comfortable, spacious, bright, and cheerful. However, it was grubby, with stained walls, a very mouldy bathroom ceiling, and just generally lacking in TLC. It wasn't ready when we arrived.
The hotel is situated within a ‘student’ area, making it convenient and close to many restaurants. The rooms were very warm, but spacious, with a really comfy bed and a modern, very clean bathroom. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant. The dining was fantastic with plenty to choose from, although some items were not replenished promptly. The facilities were overall great, offering what we needed. The value for money was reasonable given the location and services.
The hotel had fine rooms that were clean, though some areas could have been tidier. The service was nice, even accommodating last-minute breakfast requests. The location was perfect, especially for local dining options. The dining experience varied from well worth it to mediocre, with pricing to match. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel has both positive and negative aspects. The rooms are rather dated and could benefit from a complete refurbishment, making the stay a bit uncomfortable due to the high temperatures. However, the location is convenient with easy access to shops and restaurants. The dining experience offers limited choices but comes with some delicious options. The service is a mix of unwelcoming encounters and friendly, helpful staff.
The hotel had a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable, but the lack of adequate cooling made sleeping challenging. The service was friendly but could be slow due to understaffing. The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation but was noisy at times. The dining experience was subpar with cleanliness issues noted. Overall, the hotel offered a good value for money stay.
The hotel offers beautifully decorated rooms that are spacious, albeit a bit old and in need of updating, but still a good place to rest our heads. The location is great, especially for accessing the Town Centre and Airport, with convenient amenities nearby. The dining experience provided plenty of tasty options but needed some improvements in terms of service.
I was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor of the hotel, but the room felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the property. The room, however, was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, though the direct proximity to the rowdy outdoor area posed a slight inconvenience.
The hotel is a charming place with spacious and comfortable rooms, ideal for families. The service was a bit of a mix with accommodating staff but some lacking enthusiasm. The location is convenient but lacking in cleanliness. Dining was a delightful experience with a variety of freshly cooked options. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel room was huge with 3 large beds and lots of space for luggage, but it could do with a revamp. The facilities were as expected with tea facilities, iron, TV, shower, etc. However, it was dated and not fully cleaned in certain areas, like the extractor fan full of dust and cobwebs around the bathroom skirting.
